Four octaves of wonderful strangeness

Yma Sumac is a singer who was famous in the 50s. Her particular gift was an amazing four-octave range, which you can hear in this song, Pachamama. It’s from the 1954 movie Secret of the Incas. (via Alejandro at Peru Food)
